The Opportunity

Maruti Suzuki is aggressively expanding its CNG and strong hybrid vehicle lineup across India, but mechanics and service technicians at small garages and authorized dealers lack specialized training in these newer powertrains. As multi-powertrain adoption spreads to tier-2 and tier-3 cities, there is a critical gap: local mechanics cannot service these vehicles properly, leading to customer dissatisfaction and lost revenue for repair shops.
