IdeaLens is an AI-powered business intelligence SaaS platform that monitors Indian market signals daily, scores business opportunities, and delivers structured intelligence briefs to paying subscribers at www.idealens.co. IdeaLens is an online-only platform and does not operate any physical offices or retail locations. The Platform is intended for use by individuals and entities within India and globally who are 18 years of age or older.

IdeaLens provides the following services:

• Daily scored business opportunity briefs derived from Indian market signals
• AI-powered toolkits per brief (available to Pro subscribers) covering competitor analysis, go-to-market planning, revenue modelling, risk assessment, and more
• Searchable archive of 3,600+ opportunity briefs
• Personalised brief alerts based on user-selected interest categories
• Free daily brief email for non-subscribing registered users
• Bookmark functionality to save briefs of interest

To access paid features, users must create an account using OTP-based email authentication. By registering, you agree that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• The email address provided is accurate and belongs to you
• You are responsible for all activity on your account
• You will notify us immediately at hello@idealens.co if you suspect unauthorised access

IdeaLens uses Supabase OTP authentication. No passwords are stored. Your session is managed via secure browser cookies.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis
• Payment is processed via Cashfree, Lemon Squeezy, or Stripe depending on your region
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable GST
• IdeaLens reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

4.3 Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial months or unused periods
• IdeaLens reserves the right to offer discretionary refunds on a case-by-case basis

You agree NOT to:

• Scrape, copy, redistribute, or resell any brief content or AI toolkit output
• Share subscription credentials with non-subscribing individuals
• Use the Platform or its content for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt Platform infrastructure
• Submit false or misleading information during registration or feedback
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Platform

IdeaLens reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms without notice or refund.

6.1 IdeaLens Content

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to brief text, AI-generated toolkits, scoring frameworks, design elements, logos, and brand assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of IdeaLens. This content is protected under applicable Indian copyright and trademark law.

Subscribers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use content for their own personal or internal business purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without express written permission from IdeaLens is strictly prohibited.

6.2 User Submitted Content

By submitting feedback, reviews, or interest preferences on the Platform, you grant IdeaLens a non-exclusive licence to use such content to improve the Platform and its services. You retain ownership of any content you submit.

Business opportunity briefs and AI toolkits generated on IdeaLens are produced using artificial intelligence models and are based on publicly available market signals. They are provided for informational and educational purposes only and:

• Do NOT constitute legal, financial, investment, or business advice
• May contain errors, omissions, or outdated information
• Should be independently verified before any business or investment decision
• Do not guarantee business success, profitability, or regulatory compliance

IdeaLens, its founders, employees, and agents accept no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or adverse outcome arising from reliance on AI-generated content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• IdeaLens's aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user in the preceding 3 months
• IdeaLens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• IdeaLens shall not be liable for loss of profits, business opportunities, data, or goodwill
• IdeaLens shall not be liable for any damage arising from reliance on AI-generated content or market intelligence briefs

You agree to indemnify and hold IdeaLens, its founders, team members, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms of Use
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your misuse of the Platform or its content
• Any infringement of third-party intellectual property rights by you

By creating an account or submitting your email on IdeaLens, you consent to receive:

• OTP verification emails (transactional — cannot be opted out)
• Brief alert emails matching your selected interests
• Platform updates and subscription-related notifications

You may unsubscribe from non-transactional emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing hello@idealens.co. IdeaLens communicates only via official channels at idealens.co. We are not responsible for any communication made through unofficial channels.

IdeaLens reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, without notice or refund, if the user:

• Violates these Terms of Use or any Platform policy
• Engages in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity
• Shares subscription access with unauthorised users
• Attempts to harm or disrupt Platform infrastructure

Users may also delete their own accounts by contacting hello@idealens.co.

IdeaLens integrates with third-party services including Supabase, Resend, Vercel, Cloudflare, Cashfree, Lemon Squeezy, Stripe, and Anthropic. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. IdeaLens is not responsible for any failure, breach, or disruption caused by third-party services.

IdeaLens aims to maintain Platform availability 24/7 but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or third-party outages may cause temporary downtime. IdeaLens shall not be liable for any loss arising from Platform unavailability.

IdeaLens shall not be liable for any delay or failure to fulfill its obligations if such failure arises from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, internet infrastructure failures, pandemic, or acts of war.

If any clause of these Terms is held to be unlawful or unenforceable under applicable law, that clause shall be severed from the Terms, and the remaining clauses shall remain valid and enforceable.

IdeaLens reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Prior to initiating legal proceedings, users agree to attempt resolution through good-faith correspondence with IdeaLens at hello@idealens.co.
