The Opportunity

The ECI's new rules require immediate, documented evidence of booth intimidation/infringement incidents to trigger re-polling. Election officials, poll observers, and candidates need a standardized system to capture, timestamp, geotag, and securely store incident evidence (photos, videos, witness statements) that holds up under legal scrutiny. Currently, this documentation is ad-hoc and often inadmissible in court challenges.
