Uttarakhand government is conducting surveys of dilapidated buildings and land across districts to rebuild government residences, but lacks internal capacity to quickly survey, document, and prepare detailed cost estimates. Private surveyors and cost estimation consultants can fill this gap by partnering with the State Estates Department to conduct rapid asset surveys and prepare detailed project proposals.
