Training and placement service for women auto drivers

The Opportunity

The pink auto project shows strong demand for women auto drivers in Chennai, but there's a critical gap: women need structured training in driving, safety, martial arts, and communication skills before they can operate. Currently, ANEW handles this training, but as the project scales (100+ autos distributed), training capacity is a bottleneck. A dedicated training-to-placement service can fill this gap and prepare women for sustainable income.
